Android and iOS Mobile Apps for DAT Freight & Analytics
I led interface, visual and interaction design, working closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager and development team on a new set of native Android and iOS apps geared to DAT's trucker customer base. I established and documented new DAT mobile product interface patterns and guidelines — keeping brand consistency between Android and iOS while respecting the native platforms and leveraging established common patterns for each.​
DAT Trucker is the top app for independent truck drivers to find the amenities and services they need on the road — truck stops, travel plazas, diesel prices, truck-friendly hotels and services, Walmarts, rest stops and CAT Scales. Truckers can find what they need nearby, or can plan their routes by searching ahead.

DAT Load Board helps truckers find freight faster and easier. It's the most advanced load board app for owner-operators, carriers, and dispatchers. The mobile app lets truckers search through more than 450,000 truckloads posted everyday on the DAT network. Drivers can research loads and rates, post their availability, and contact freight brokers to book the loads they want — all from the road.
